WINNER - BRIAN BOLAND

After 6 months and 32 holes the GT Singles Matchplay Final has declared a worthy winner and it didn’t take an MBA to determine the comprehensive victory for Mr. Boland. For someone who has been too busy to play golf or anything else for that matter he must have found time to work on his short game. We witnessed some very impressive up and downs as Brian coasted to a 79 around Druid Hills today, in the company of our Chairman and GT professional Mr Walsh. Despite a strong start from McGill, it was unfortunately all too easy as the cream rose to the top and McGill did not deliver on expectations. Nothing worse than going out to play golf with high expectations! Well played Brian, if the bookie were to reopen the book I would expect a deluge of bets on the prospective MBA. A great day, in great company, on a well conditioned golf course. Congrats to Mr. Boland, he is always in the hunt when it comes to Matchplay.
Good luck to all tomorrow, I’m heading off shortly to get there in time to work on my short game!
